+How does the 14-day trial work?
Add a card to start the trial. You won't be charged for the first 14 days - your selected plan begins automatically on day 15 unless you cancel from Stripe before then. Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.
+Per-shop or per-seat?
Per shop. Invite as many estimators, owners, and PMs as you need - one price for the whole team.
+Is there a setup fee?
No. The annual plan includes a priority onboarding session at no charge.
+Do you charge per quote or per RFQ?
No. Unlimited quotes, unlimited parts, unlimited customers. The price is fixed so your cost doesn't scale with your volume.
+What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and US ACH bank debit through Stripe. Invoiced billing is available for annual customers on request.
+Can I switch from monthly to annual later?
Yes - from the Stripe billing portal inside your account, any time. We'll pro-rate the credit.
